This Week's Meditation

Every person on Earth should be doing something creative, artistic as often as possible. It's not just the 'everyone is an artist' philosophy, it's that all art has some degree of reflection of the artist's life. And that reflection gets seen and assimilated by others, who then reflect themselves. So this function of art; to be an emotional history of our species, which goes on and on like waves atop a deep ocean.
